Miami Yoga Rolls Out The Fred Carpet For A Diva, the Best Deal ever

Better posture.  Increased flexibility and strength.  A heightened sense of calm and concentration.

Divas don’t mess around – they do yoga.

It’s not often, however, that Divas can learn from Fred Busch himself.  London, Peru… we’d say he’s off galavanting, but “sharing the light’ might be more apt.  (He’s Director of Yogashala Teacher Training in both places.)

This July, however, Fred is Miami-bound, and he’ll personally be teaching classes at Miami Yoga’s South Beach location… for free!  Want to sweat out all those summer mojitos you’ve been sipping?  Come to Power Yoga on Saturdays at 4:15 pm, and Sundays at 6:15 pm.  Don’t worry, newbie, you can take a Beginners Class on Saturdays at 9:00 am and Sundays at 4:30 pm.  Did we mention they’re free?  Located at 210a 23rd Street – Miami Beach 33139; 305/606-2169.
